My cousin Yeni came to Singapore to continue her studies. She came last year around July. Before entering Pasir Ris Sec, she studied in language centre. Everything went alright when she's in language centre. However, when she got into PRSS, she said she doesn't want to continue to study in Spore anymore. We were shocked to hear that. My bro and I went over to her place and tried to council her. Her parents and family called her from Batam as well. We thought everything's ok after that. 1 day, she woke up as usual, wore her uniform and readied to go to school. But in stead of going to school, she went to harbour front and back to Batam. She stayed in her 2nd bro house and asked her sis-in-law to not to tell her parents. Yeni's father sms-ed to Spore at that day but nobody reply. Her father was very worried. Yeni saw the sms the next day she came back to Spore. She called her father and cried. She said she wanna go home, she doesn't want to stay in Spore. And now she is back in Batam again.

*Sigh*

I think she just couldn't adapt to new environment. I told her to give herself more time and she will adapt finally. It's the time for her to learn to be independent. But what all of us said to her seems to be in from 1 side of her ear and out from the other side. It's so "ke xi". She wasted her time and her parents money. I think she is spoiled. That's why her mind is weak.
